Spaghettini With Smoked Beef

I've always love DOME's spaghetti with smoked beef. Me & my friends agree that they have the best spaghetti with smoked beef in town. This dish is simple yet very delicious. That's why i try to made this dish myself.

So here's the result:

Surprisingly, it's wasn't that difficult. It's quite simple actually. You just have to picked the best quality ingredients. As usual, i don't precisely measured the ingredients. But here's an overview:

01 Cook the pasta according to description until al dente. Don't forget to put some salt on the water, along with some olive oil. Drain, set aside.

02 Gently heat some olive oil in a pan. Add 3 clove of garlic (crushed), sliced or slightly crushed. Saute until light brown and then add some water.

03 Add a generous amount of light cooking cream, some dried oregano and basil, small amount of grated parmesan and smoked beef. Simmer until the water is all gone and the cream sauce is thickened but not too thick.

04 Add the pasta, toss well in the pan. Arrange on plates and add some grated parmesan. Serve-that's it.

The smoked beef and the cheese will provide enough saltiness to the pasta. I only add some amount of salt when i cooked the pasta. The whole process only took about 15 minutes. So it's quick and simple.

The result is good, close enough with DOME's Spaghetti with smoked beef. I loved it and surely i will make it again with other variations. For example, use fresh herbs instead of dried herbs and try to find a better quality of smoked beef.
